Posted on March 28, 2012Our successful client based in the city centre is looking to recruit a mortgage handler to work with the company’s’ clients. The role will be working closely with the companies customers, ensuring that different situations are fully understood and working forward to find suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Negotiating settlements and monitoring payment arrangements
• Completing Security checks
• Working through the key stages set by the company for handling all claims
• Establishing and maintaining contact with the borrowers and account information.
• Handling all queries raised by clients and borrowers
• Updating the database
• Provide accurate and relevant information to all internal and external contacts
The company are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in large volumes of outbound & inbound calls, ideally with previous experience of claims handling in a professional environment. A high standard of communication skills are essential as well as excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel. We are looking for a pro-active and positive candidate who will be able to continue and uphold the professional standards of this company.
Hours are shift patterns between 9.00am-8.00pm
Call Centre Advisors (NP555) – North Bristol – Salary Dependent On Role

There are both Inbound and Outbound Sales Advisor roles available along with Customer Service Advisor opportunities.
A confident approach along with excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Previous call centre experience is desirable for the inbound roles and essential for the outbound and customer service advisor roles.
