You will be responsible for best practice of email marketing in the company and driving the use of the CRM systems through the business. The role is essential in delivering an effective, fast-paced sales and marketing service to all internal clients.
You will be required to report on mailing activity, response rates, data quality and data security, provide advice on promoting CRM system to the business, ad hoc projects (for example looking at other channels, such as Linked-In, Twitter, mobile messaging) Service Line and Sector Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Assistants, Legal Teams and TKLs:
You will take mailing briefs, provide advice on process, format and timing, assist with building targeted mailing lists, schedule and work together in producing quality mailings on a timely and efficient basis.
You will contribute to the continuous review, improvement of processes, and adoption of the marketing technology systems.
Key Role Responsibilities
You will be expected to maximise mailing response rates (including KPIS measuring: that individual contacts are not overloaded with company mailings; emerge tracking of “open” rates; promoting quality data; issues based and topical mailings issued on a timely basis)

You’ll be relatively autonomous in terms of your responsibilities, but will be a central part of a broader Sales and Marketing team. You may well have some prior workplace experience in technology and/or sales and marketing and will be a quick learner of CRM systems.
You’ll have a natural, engaging style and an ability to network effectively within the company.
Ability to interpret a marketing brief into a data requirement to support a campaign and/or ongoing development of Interaction.
You should be adept verbal and written digital marketing communications and be confident enough to know what makes a great headline and grabs a reader’s attention and draws them in.
You’ll also be confident enough to clarify incomplete/unclear instructions before acting.
You will have a good working knowledge of HTML, web development protocols and standards as well as experience of using Excel to manipulate large volumes of data.
